The Supporting Women’s Livelihoods (SWL) component is on track and has provided support to 34,626 women, about half of the end of project target of 75,000 women but in line with phased scale-up plan wherein current year target was set at 35,000 women. On the other hand, the Keeping Girls in School (KGS) component has already exceeded its end of project target by providing scholarships to 16,239 girls (slightly higher than the number reported in the previous ISR), and a further 9,000 girls are now being enrolled. In addition, some intermediate result indicators have also exceeded initial end targets such as the number of community- based volunteers trained as trainers (1,788 that is more than doubled the original end target) and close to 100 percent share of women who complete the livelihood training (against an end target of 70 percent). According to the Results Matrix, by the current year of implementation the program is to benefit 34,000 women and by next year, the program will scale-up to 51 districts and reach 75,000 women.
