                         Implementation Status Overview
                         Historically, this project has struggled with generating and delivering the contracted Emissions Reductions at the Liepaja Solid Waste Management facility. Progress to address this
                         issue has been slow in the past, but a critical milestone was completed in May 2012, which allowed for the inclusion of carbon emissions from a second landfill (Getlini) to
                         compensate for the under-delivery of the Liepaja landfill. The project is scheduled to close on December 31, 2012 but several critical milestones are remaining to achieve the project
                         objectives.
