Since May of last year the pace of implementation has notably improved, reflected in the increase in disbursements from 23 to 50 percent in one year. Progress towards achievement of the PDO has also improved based on an assessment of the results indicators. The PDO indicator measuring progress on the results based budgeting reform was achieved.
