Under Component A: Micro- projects, to date, out of a target of approximately 220 micro-projects, 73 micro-projects out of 77 are completed within the first round. Micro-projects have included rehabilitation or construction of kindergartens and schools, community centers, water supply systems, local roads, local power supply, drainage and furniture/equipment. 77 micro-projects are selected for the second round, with 1 contract signed and 76 under the design stage. Under Component B, Housing Renovation, to date, the first 7 collective centers renovations are Page 1 of 9 The World Bank Report No: ISR14303 completed, and 12 centers with on-going technical works are in the pipeline for completion in April and 3 centers in May. A further 30 collective centers are at different stages of implementation. Under Component C (a) Youth Support, to date, 882 of 1300 young IDPs have been selected to participate in the program and approved by the Selection Committee. 429 youth have received vocational training and computer literacy courses, and in the first quarter of 2014 this first group of youth will attend a 5-days business training before being supplied with tools and equipment according to their approved selection of profession. Under Component C (b) , 100 communities received business training and developed business Public Disclosure Copy plans. Community based Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) were established for all 100 community groups. SFDI has signed grant agreements with each LLC and grant funds have been paid to all of LLCs by February, 2014. The total amount of grant funds paid to the 100 LLC by SFDI is 924, 670 Manats, with an average grant amount of 9,245 Manats per community. Under Component C (c) Micro-Credit, allocated funds under the sub-component are fully disbursed to 10 partner credit unions. Since beginning of the project 772 persons (including 648 IDPs) have been provided with microcredit for a total amount of $3 million. 3088 persons have benefited from the disbursed microcredits (83% or 2563 of beneficiaries are IDPs). The following areas have been selected for micro-credits: agriculture (75.3%), trade (16.4%), small production business (3.8%) and services (4.6%). 36% of the receivers of micro-credit loans are women. For the up-coming list of 20 additional collective centers selected for housing renovation, priority will be given to those centers, which are structurally sound and meet the technical feasibility criteria, where IDPs will continue to live in the medium term (i.e., where relocation will not take place in the next 4-5 years), and which meet the social and economic selection criteria established during preparation of LSLP.
