The project is continuing the health reform in Romania in the context of inclusive growth and shared prosperity goals of the World Bank. The project proposes a focus on prevention and out of hospital assistance as the cost-effective and reasonable approach. Through this project, the World Bank is partnering with Romania to rationalize the hospital network, to strengthen the ambulatory care, and to improve the health sector governance and stewardship.
