Positive project implementation is expected to continue in the next six months as large contracts are about to be signed and several activities are well under preparation. The project still experiences regular delays Page 1 of 6 The World Bank Report No: ISR14599 caused by administrative bottlenecks in the Ministry of Interior, however the team considers implementation performance to be adequate and will start preparing the US$7M Additional Financing from the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience (PPCR), for board approval in FY15.
