The Addendum to the Environmental, Social, and Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment (ESCHIA) is ongoing and second (and final) round of consultation session is expected in January 2019. PWA signed the Technical Assistance (TA) contract in May 2018 and final inception report was delivered in October 2018 providing a plan for institutional support of the water department in Hebron municipality.
