The restructuring reflected the changes in the institutional arrangements pertaining to the changed regulatory environment and resulting change in institutional structure. Since then, there has been significant progress on core actions needed to speed up implementation. A Program Management Unit has been hired to support project implementation and to provide support to states. The independent verification agency has also been hired. The next implementation support mission will take place in August 2019.
