We are at mid-term of project implementation, with project end in about 20 months ahead. The implementation progress of the e-Benin project is Moderately Satisfactory due mostly to the delay incurred in the adoption of the draft law on electronic communications and the post, and to the significant delays in the eBusiness subcomponent. Therefore the Team is preparing a level 2 restructuring to allow some reallocation in between the categories, and to adjust the results framework: some of the indicators have to be modified as well as some targets.
