All manuals and safeguard instruments have been updated and reviewed. POA was prepared and approved. WB procurement specialist is currently reviewing the PAC. The area is remote. Supervision is expensive. ACICAFOC has to be very strategic in the use of the resources. The Project main office will be in La Ceiba.
