The population at risk in public buildings was reduced from 604,000 to 238,000 (achieving beyond the end-of- project target, which was 480,000). However, investments in the health sector have experienced contracting delays and complications, putting at risk the successful completion of works within the project period. On September 24, 2013, another communication was sent alerting the GoC to take necessary actions as it pertains to fiduciary aspects of the project before its closing date. The communication also highlighted the situation related to the delays in the completion of works under the health sub-component. As of October 29, 2013, no answer has been received from the GoC on the second Public Disclosure Copy communication that was sent.
