                                     Bangladesh: Public Procurement Reform Project H
                                          (Credit Numbers. 4350-BD & 5242-BD)
                                   (Amending and Restating Original FinancingAgreement)
                                                         Correction

                     We refer to the Financing Agreement between the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the
            International Development Association concerning the Public Procurement Reform Project II (Credit
            Numbers 4350-BD and 5242-BD) (Amending and Restating Original Financing Agreement), dated June
            10, 2013.

                     It has come to our attention that the Amount of the Original Credit Allocated (expressed in SDR)
            in the table under paragraph 2 of Section IV, Schedule 2 of the Financing Agreement does not reflect the
            correct amount of the Credit as referred to in the amendment to Credit 4350-BD dated October 9, 2012.
            We hereby correct this oversight by replacing the table under paragraph 2 of Section IV, Schedule 2 of
            the Financing Agreement as follows (emphasis added):
