The learning program would focus on the ASFs key audit areas and would include an internal certification to demonstrate satisfactory completion of the learning program. Both e-learning and certification programs are almost completed. All four modules were fully completed; however, the roll out of the last one is planned for October of 2013. A total of 479 ASF staff have signed for and initiated the Program, of which 149 staff members have passed the certification exam of the first module; while 56 staff have passed the exam of both: first and second modules, as could be seen in the annex 6 of Page 1 of 4 The World Bank Report No: ISR11383 the Aide Memoire. It should be noted, however, that in order to obtain the certification, all four exams should be passed. The project closing date is March 1, 2015. As of the mission date the grant has disbursed US$76,654 (22.2% of the total signed amount). While current disbursement rate is slightly lagging behind the demonstrated implementation progress, it is expected that this situation will be rectified in the coming quarter.
