Amendment No. 3 to the Supplemental Agreement between the Rockefeller Foundation and the
        International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
                       Association concerning the Health and Economy Trust Fund

                  (Trust Fund No. 072615 parallel to the original Trust Fund No. 071729)


1.      Reference is made to the Supplemental Agreement between the Rockefeller Foundation (the
“Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
Development Association (collectively, the “Bank” and together with the Donor, the “Parties” and each a
“Party”) regarding the Health and Economy Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 072615) (the “Parallel Account”)
effective as of July 14, 2016, as amended (“Supplemental Agreement”).

2.         The Parties agree to the following amendment to the Supplemental Agreement:

     (a)   Paragraph 7 of the Supplemental Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the following:

           “7.   The Parties agree that the End Disbursement Date for purposes of the Parallel Account is
           November 30, 2019.”

3.         All other terms of the Supplemental Agreement shall remain the same.

4.     The Bank shall disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank’s Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.

5.      Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are each requested to
sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
