I have been having conversations with the

authorities in Germany looking toward a bond issue, Bank
bond issue in Germany. I mentioned this, I think, previously
at this table. These discussions are still being carried
on, and I still expect we'll have a public offering of our
bonds in the German market, and with my customary optimism
I expect we'll have it this fiscal year.
I think that's all I can report today on the subjec
of finance.
