The project was signed on December 4, 2012 and became effective on January 29, 2013. The implementing agencies for the project, the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARENA), the Emergency Social Investment Fund (FISE) and the beneficiary agency ANA (the National Water Authority) have begun the implementation.
