World Bank Group Support to Public-Private Partnerships - Lessons from Experience in Client
Countries, FY02-12, and the World Bank Group Draft Management Response

1.       The Committee met to discuss the document entitled World Bank Group Support to Public-Private
Partnerships - Lessons from Experience in Client Countries, FY02-12 (CODE2014-0017, /1), and the World
Bank Group Draft Management Response (CODE2014-0021). The Committee took note of report. A
report from the Committee to the Board will be prepared.

Other Business
       External Review of IEG

2.      The Committee agreed to grant an extension of time for the completion of the External Review of
IEG. Members agreed that the independent panel conducting the review should come to CODE in October
2014 to present emerging findings. Subsequently, the panel should present the draft final report for
discussion with CODE in January 2015, and present the final report to the Board in February 2015.

Date of Next Meeting

3.     The Committee was scheduled to meet on June 18, 2014.
