The purpose of this modification is to: (a) provide incremental funding of $12,000,000 to the PIO Grant thereby increasing the

12. THIS MODIFICATION IS ENTERED INTO PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OFTHE FOREIGN ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1961
AS AMENDED. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY HEREIN AMENDED, ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GRANT
REFERENCED IN BLOCK #3 ABOVE, AS IT MAY HAVE HERETOFORE BEEN AMENDED, REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL

"Funds obligated hereunder cover the program period from the effective date to September
30, 2013".
D. SECTION C: AMOUNT OF GRANT AND PAYMENT: DELETE Section C.1 in its entirety and
INSERT the following in lieu thereof:
"The total estimated amount of this grant for the period is $40,000,000, subject to the
availability of funding. USAID hereby obligates the amount of $20,000,000 for expenditures
during the period set forth in B.2".
E.  "The AOR for the Grant will change from Khadijat Mojidi to Gregory Adams".
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
