Extension of Closing Date
Dear Dr. Pham Tuan Phan:
We refer to the Financing Agreement dated April 4, 2012 between the Mekong
River Commission and the International Development Association (the Association) for
the above-referenced project, as amended. We likewise refer to your letter, dated
November 20, 2017, requesting for extension of the Closing Date of the above captioned
grant and further discussions with the task team.
I am pleased to inform you that after due consideration, the Association concurs
with your request and has established December 31, 2019 as the later date for purposes of
Section IV.B.2 of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.
