The field visits, sensitization activities and project launch at the federal and participating states level are also planned to take place from January 15, 2015 to end February 2016. After the post-effectiveness workshop, the National Project Steering Committee (NPSC) meeting will be chaired by the Minister (and also State Project Steering Committee (SPSC) by commissioners) and the following activities are expected to commence; capacity strengthening of federal and state technical committees; SBMC training; procurement and financial management (FM) training; training on Bank’s procedures/guidelines. TPD activities will commence and be followed by the disbursement of grants to pre-primary and primary schools on/before mid-February, 2016 (after resumption of the new academic session).
