Original/Current Project Development Objectives/Outcomes
Original PDO: is to support the establishment of a new pension authority and strengthening capacity at
existing institutions of the Recipient in order to effectively implement a new pension system and to provide
a platform for additional social protection programs. Revised PDO (per AF & rest in 2011): is to support
the capacity of key involved agencies (MPAO, MOHF, CMDA and MOFT), and to develop the processes
and platforms required for the delivery of social protection programs.
