All planned activities under the Project have been implemented by the Judiciary under the established timeframe, and to the satisfaction of the Bank and Grant recipient. The president of the Supreme Court has acknowledged the importance and relevance of the activities carried out under the grant, and has assured the Bank of the Court's intent to give project gains their continued support to ensure their sustainability and scaling-up. Through the development of regional seminars, the training of trainers program on the new communication strategy, the creation of e-learning modules Page 1 of 4 The World Bank Report No: ISR14732 and the open dissemination of activities through their portal, the Bank team can attest that the newly adopted transparency and accountability mechanisms, as well as the Court's communications and change management strategy developed under the Project, have been put in place to better serve the Chilean citizenry. Furthermore, the Chilean Judiciary is now better suited to continue its leadership role in judicial transparency in the region, and has expressed their willingness and desire to put its Public Disclosure Copy tools and knowledge network to the benefit and use of other judicial powers in the region, as well as the OECD. Following the study tour to New York, Boston, London and the Hague, the Judiciary has expanded its network and knowledge of cutting edge practices in justice innovation, and has expressed its desire to become a member of the Bank's Global Forum for Law, Justice and Development.
