Works on three of the five rural road sections under the parent project have been completed (Granada - Malacatoya Phase II, Morgan Point - Long Bay - Queen Hill in Corn Island, Cárdenas-Colón Phase II). An Additional Financing in the amount of US$35 million was approved in March and became effective in June 2018, with no disbursements to date. The project has disbursed US$ 41.56 million, which represents a 32 percent of disbursement (Including both parent project and additional financing). The next implementation support mission is planned for August-September 2019.
