have agreed as follows:
HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1
The Agreement is amended as follows:
Section 2.03. is replaced by the following clause: "It is expected that the SRLC Contribution will be
fully utilized in accordance with the provisions of this Administration Agreement by December 31,
2014 ("End Disbursement Date for the SRLC"). The End Disbursement Date can only be modified
with the agreement of both Parties pursuant to Article 9 of the General Conditions."
The table in Section 1 of Annex I. A is replaced by the new table attached to this amendment
Annex III is replaced by the new Annex III attached to this amendment

ARTICLE 2
All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and shall continue to apply for the
period indicated in Article 2 of the Agreement as modified by Article 1 of this amendment.
ARTICLE 3
The present amendment shall form an integral part of the Agreement and it shall enter into force on the
date when the last of the two parties signs.
This Amendment is drawn up in three originals, two for the Commission and one for the World Bank
Group entity.

signature of any Administrative Agreement(s) for an Additional Contribution without the need to further amend this
Agreement or any other Administration Agreement under the Programmatic Trust Fund."
