Technical assistance and capacity building activities are underway. There is now sufficient alignment of the Public Investment Management (PIM) and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) processes. Ten institutional development recommendations were proposed as follows: 1. Establishment of PMU and staffing of key PMU positions 2. Establishment of IPPF as a line item in GoIRA annual budget 3. Formal establishment of PEC for PPIAP 4. Formal approval of Terms of Reference for PEC 5. Regular quarterly meetings of PEC for PPIAP held 6. Recording and timely circulation of minutes for all PEC meetings Comments: 7. PPIAP sub-projects are in compliance with the PPP Law 8. PPIAP sub-projects are in compliance with latest PIM processes 9. PPIAP fiduciary processes are in compliance with Project Procurement Manual and Project FM Manual 10.
