The achievement of intended results against Year-2 DLIs, as well as compliance of Eligible Expenditure Program (EEP) with safeguards and fiduciary requirements, was confirmed by the third party validation agent. This led to the second tranche of funds being disbursed to the Provincial government in June 2014. Work towards achieving Year-3 DLIs is well underway.
