Project Management. since the last mission held on November 2017, the Project coordinator has prepared and kept updated a monitoring tool to follow up, on a monthly basis, on the different planned activities and results. There has also been a noteworthy improvement in strategizing the activities, by building "results chains" for component 2 and, though in drat version, for component 3. Third, the PIU has submitted a timely semi- annual Project Progress Report, and has prepared and submitted to the Bank a detailed Annual Operational Plan (AOP) for CY18, and another one (less detailed) until the end of the Project. These AOPs include an analysis of how each proposed activity contributes to project result indicators. However, some improvements are still necessary, particularly deploying a common vision in the PIU team and culminate the development of a strategy to achieve the expected results efficiently. 2 . Project Implementation. Even though this is not yet reflected in indicators (compared to the previous mission, changes in results indicators are negligible), some progress has been achieved on the three technical components (1, 2 and 3) by advancing in procurement tasks related to professional services and equipment acquisition, and by fostering local participation and reaching agreements with target beneficiaries. 3 . Next mission: It was agreed that the mid-term review will take place in October/November 2018.
