TOR have been developed and the client is expected to launch – in Oct. 2019 - the call for tender for the service provider(s) who will design and developof the messages and tools for this communication, sensitization and mobilisaiton campaign, with the objective to recruit the winning candidate by Dec. 2019. The client is also expected to work on (i) the signature of the agreement with RECA (Nat. Network of Chambers of Agriculture ) – following finalization of the agreement, and (ii) implementation of the agreement mechanism by end of Nov. 2019. RECA will - Comments: amongst others- be in charge of supervising the overall work and supporting the selection of coaches in all the villages which will accompany the beneficiaries. Furthermore, the client is expected - by mid- November 2019 – to finalize the ToRs (1) for the content of trainings (life skills and ILO GERME); and (2) for the recruitment of a consulting firm (with sociology/anthropology; legal; and land expertise) to facilitate the access to land for all beneficiaries under the component 2 activities.
