Specifically, the proposed operation will increase service quality for water supply, sanitation, and wastewater treatment in urban areas for 300,000 consumers and improve the sustainability of service by (a) supporting utility institutional performance through the Government of Colombia#s #Specialized Operator# policy, and (b) delivering the necessary water and sanitation infrastructure.
