Amendment to the Project Agreement
Dear Mr. Sharofiddinov:
We refer to the Project Agreement (the "Project Agreement") between Tajiktransgaz
("TTG") and the International Development Association (the "World Bank") for the above-
referenced project, dated October 19, 2011. Furthermore, we refer to the Amendment of the
Grant Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the World Bank for the same
Project dated July 25, 2013. In light of the amendment of the underlying Grant Agreement,
the World Bank proposes to amend the Project Agreement as follows:
1.    All references to the "SECO Co-financing Agreement" dated October 19, 2011
between the Republic of Tajikistan and the World Bank will be understood to mean the
SECO Co-financing Agreement as amended.
2.    Section I, Part A, paragraph 1.(a) of Schedule I of the Project Agreement is replaced
in its entirety with the following:
"(a)  the Recipient shall on-lend to TTG an amount equivalent to two hundred sixty
thousand United States Dollars ($260,000) of the amount of the SECO Co-financing
Grant allocated to Category 2 in the table under Section 3.01 of the SECO Co-
financing Grant Agreement, as amended; and"
All sections of the Project Agreement that have not been amended hereby shall
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing by signing and dating the
confirmation on the enclosed copy of this Amendment Letter and returning it to the World
Bank. Upon the date of its countersignature, this Amendment Letter shall become effective
as of September 1, 2012.
