Original/Current Project Development Objectives/Outcomes
Development objectives. The project development objective is to sustainably increase access of poor
people to social and natural resource infrastructure services. The key performance indicators are: -
Increased number of poor people (of which 70% are women) with access to social services. - Increased
number of poor people with access to natural resources infrastructure services. - Increased percentage of
participating Local Governments that are incorporating Community development plans in their budget.
