Based on the recommendations made by the Mid-Term Review, the project was restructured to scale down the physical infrastructure investments by US$ 16.0 million. The revised target for command area serviced by on-farm infrastructure modernization is 10,000 ha as opposed to the original target of 52,500 ha. The project is slowly improving its progress to achieve the target by its closing date of June 30, 2014.
