Investment Climate Reforms - An Independent Evaluation of World Bank Group Support to Reforms
of Business Regulations and the World Bank Group Draft Management Response

1.      The Committee met to discuss the document entitled Investment Climate Reforms - An Independent
Evaluation of World Bank Group Support to Reforms of Business Regulations (CODE2014-0025), and the
World Bank Group Draft Management Response (CODE2014-0029). The Committee took note of IEG’s
findings. A report from the Committee to the Board will be prepared.

Date of Next Meeting

2.     The Committee was scheduled to meet jointly with the Audit Committee on July 23, 2014.
