Since the establishment of the new Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in December 2018, the project has developed the approaches and tools for community based activities and started rolling them out in three regions in the North since July 2019. Currently, the scaling up to eleven other regions is underway and activities should start in the second quarter of 2020. Similarly, the results-based financing is being prepared for expansion into the 14 regions in the course of 2020.
