While the implementation of the activities related to the improvement of the structural and process quality of preschool education, and the outreach activities have advanced significantly, the pace of the implementation of the infrastructure activities advanced moderately. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (MESTD) will hire additional infrastructure specialists to accelerate the implementation of the infrastructure activities. These employments would further strengthen the internal project implementation structure , especially of component one, and accelerate the project implementation.
