Specifically, project documents were revised to eliminate ambiguity and references to expenditures given that the project disburses solely against results. During the same month, a first disbursement of USD7.2 million was completed following the positive results achieved during 2012. The supervision mission of July 2013 acknowledged the positive dialogue and Public Disclosure Copy coordination generated through the Project with different government agencies, creating synergies to foster common objectives. Particularly, it is worth mentioning the work developed with the National Civil and Identity Registry (RENIEC) and the Household Targeting System (SISFOH). As a consequence of this coordination, the Government of Peru and the World Bank agreed to organize a workshop in December 2013 with SIS, RENIEC, SISFOH and the Ministry of Health to explore the causes of the drop in early affiliation to the Health Insurance System - SIS, which may have affected lower than expected coverage of growth monitoring and promotion (CREDs) in the districts where Juntos is operating.
