The implementation is now getting on full speed. Five individual consultants (social, environmental, procurement, communications and engineering) have been hired to support project implementation. Final technical adjustments to engineering designs, Terms of Reference and procurement documents of other key Project activities which were prioritized for the first 12 months of implementation are underway.
