The installation of the new meters in the scope of the project is getting completed and brings substantial results. The billing status of clients connected by the new meters is operational and provide a clear view of payment issues to the Commercial Department. More than 90% of the RPP meters (low and medium voltage) are efficiently communicated to the centralized ERP system. The ERP program is expected to reach completion in January 2020. Integrated Management System/Information System (SIG/SIG) for JIRAMA The new information system continues to be deployed throughout the country. In order to assess the reliability of the overall system, a technical audit have been conducted. The results and recommendations are being evaluated as well as the impact on the budget for further operations.
