The project became effective on June 19, 2019. The official project launch, chaired by the Vice Ministers of MPI and MAF took place on November 13, 2019. Key procurement processes commenced and by January 2020 the project team will have additional support for project management, procurement, financial management, and monitoring and evaluation in place. The baseline for the impact evaluation is expected to be collected in the first quarter of 2020. The procurement processes for the vehicles and office equipment also commences.
