As planned four resource people learning events were organized, and respective rayon events took place in all 40 rayons of the country. The PMG has organized four RP learning events during the first year of implementation. The topics of the events were related to budgeting issues. The latest learning event took place in a Bosteri during June 20-24 and was attended by 110 RPs representing all thee COPs from all regions of the country (out of a total 120). The event was focused on improvement of revenue generation from effective land and municipal property management, accounting and reporting in budget institutions. 360 rayon peer-to-peer learning events were conducted. To date, the elected RPs, in cooperation with the Secretariat, prepared and conducted 360 peer-to-peer learning (PTPL) events in their respective rayons. The main emphasis of these events was not only on transferring the knowledge gained by RPs at centralized learning quarterly learning events, but sharing the experience of resource people among their CoPs. The success stories are collected, and some of the stories are published in the projects web-site (www.suppl.kg). Project web-site is functioning. The web-site provides extended information about the project, project activities and respective results, and serves as a knowledge platform for CoP members.
