To date, the Project has disbursed US$848,000 of the total Credit amount (17.6%). The Project met its first set of DLIs and is on track to meet the next set of milestones, which come due in November 2012. Public Disclosure Copy Component 2: A Proxy Means Test (PMT) consultancy has been developed and contracted, and initial field work has been completed. The Project target is to pilot and roll out the PMT by September 2012. A new Information and Education Campaign (IEC) consultancy has been developed with the aim of building on the efforts already undertaken to educate the public about the SEED program, by expanding the campaign to include details on the upcoming implementation of the PMT and, later on, the introduction of health co- responsibilities.
