Two of the 3 Disbursement-Linked Indicators (DLIs) and 6 of the 10 Intermediate Outcome Indicators (IOIs) have either already met or even exceeded their targets for 2019. The remaining DLI and 4 IOIs are on track to achieve their targets by December 2019. All key actions agreed at the last mission have also been completed.
