Definition: Consortia sub-project is considered completed when the innovative product(s) or solution(s) under the sub-project is deemed to be commercialization-ready, new technology processes and new production processes are successfully completed and transferred. Comments: 3. The achievement of 14 against EOP target of 15 is because several consortia dropped out after signing the grant agreement for various reasons, including changes in enterprise priority focus, funding secured through alternative resources, and unforeseen financial difficulties faced by the enterprise. Overall Comments PDO Out of 3 PDO indicators, the first two indicators have already surpassed their end-of-project targets. The PDO indicator 3, however, will only reach 93% of its end target (14/15) due to the drop-out of consortia grants. 12/30/2019 Page 3 of 7 The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report Fostering Innovation through Research, Science and Technology (FIRST) (P117394) Intermediate Results Indicators by Components Component One: Knowledge and Policy Development IN00780346 ►Number of international researchers participated in project (disaggregated by gender) (Number, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 56.00 102.00 50.00 Date 01-Oct-2013 31-May-2019 12-Dec-2019 31-Dec-2019 - 35 out of 37 SPMU were completed.
