Since May, notable progress towards achieving the results indicators and the pace of implementation have improved. Disbursements increased to 59 percent, in line with projections. Nonetheless, the project continues to face challenges with the procurement of the PIMIS solution and delays in adjusting the legal framework for the Bureau Standards of Jamaica and National Compliance and Regulatory Authority.
