It is expected that the other six processes for the remaining six sub-projects will be ready by November 2011, so that the works will be ready for commencement in the 2012 construction period. It was agreed that the PCT will send the revised indicators to the participating cities and utilities to ensure that the proposed targets are fully aligned with the project activities. Once this process is finalized, PCT will submit to the Bank, and the Bank team will process the project restructuring to officially set up the revised results framework.
