The team met with counterparts of the National Planning Department (DNP) and the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit Page 1 of 6 The World Bank Report No: ISR13594 (MHCP) to discuss priorities for the initial stage in the implementation of the loan, which was approved by the Board in December 16, 2013. During the mission, both teams also reviewed the Project's operative annual plan (POA) for 2014 and agreed on reconvening in order to discuss the Project's official launching and prepare the piloting of the management assessment tool MiGestion in selected municipalities. In addition, the Bank team offered support in a number of specific areas during the first months of implementation.
