The project was declared effective on August 28, 2018. 2. The Education Reform program was launched in September 23, 2018.The ministry has advanced the introduction of the new secondary school graduation system starting with grade 10, the roll-out of a new curriculum for Kindergarten (KG) 1-2 and grade 1 with teacher training, and the scaling up of technology-based learning and teaching. 3. Progress was made regarding the establishment of the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) and Project Steering Committee (PSC). Ministerial decrees were issues to establish the PCU and the PSC.
