Amendment No. 2: Suppiemental Contribution to the Restated and Amended
Administration Agreement between the Republic of France, through its
Ministry of Foreign Affais and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and the Inlernational Development Association concerning the
Donor Funded Staffing Program (TF 054319) (the "Fund")
Dear Ms. Soret:
1.    We refer to the Restaled and Amended Administration Agreement between the
Republic of France, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the "Donor") and the
International Bank for Re,construction and Development ("IBRD") and the
International Development A;sociation ("IDA") (collectively, the "Bank") concerning
th. Donor Funded Staffing Frogiam (TF 054319) (the "Trust Fund") effective as of
January 31, 2011, as amended (the "Agreement").
2.    We are pleased to ackr owledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor
to make a supplemental cont-ibution to the Trust Fund in the amount of six hundred
eiDhty four thousand Euros 'EUR 684,000) (the "Supplemental Contribution"). This
Supplemental Contribution wi l be allocated to the Junior Level Window.
3.     The Donor shall depcsit t1e Supplemental Contribution into such bank account
designated by the Bank prom Atly following countersignature of this Amendment by the
Donor and submission of a pa:7ment request by the Bank.

4.    When making such Ceposi:, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its
pa'yment details information (remi:tance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message,
information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by the Donor for
TF 054319 (the "Donor Funded St.ffing Program") and the date of the deposit (Deposit
Instruction). In addition, the Donor shall provide a copy of the Donor's Deposit
Instruction to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to
tfremitadvice@worldbank.org )r by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.
5.    All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same and shall
apply to the Supplemental ContribLtion.
6.    The Bank will disclos- this Amendment and related information on this Trust
Fund in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering
inio this Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related
infbrmation on this Trust Fund.
7.    Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
signing and dating two originals, retaining one original for your records and returning the
other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original countersigned by
you, this Amendment will become effective as of the date of the countersignature.
