The European Union represented by the Eu!rpef    e    is    ("Commission"), itself
represented in view of the present contract by Head of Delegation of the European Union to
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Skenderija 3a, 71000 Sarajevo, ("European Union"),
of the one part,
and
The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("IBRD" or the "Bank"), the
International Development Association ("IDA"), and the International Finance Corporation
("IFC") (collectively, the World Bank Group) with its Head office at H Street NW 1818,
20433 Washington, United States of America, represented by Ms Anabela Abreu, Country
Manager,
of the other part,
have agreed as follows:
The following provision of the Administration Agreement "Phase II Construction of the
Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Mostar", concluded between the European Union
and IBRD on 31 December 2012 (the "Agreement"), is hereby modified as follows:
Article 2 - Entry into force and Implementation Period; Section 2.03.
The sentence in the:
Section 2.03. "It is expected that the Contribution will be fully utilized in accordance with the
provisions of this Administration Agreement by December 31, 2014 ("End Disbursement
Date")."
Is replaced with the sentence in the:
Section 2.03. "It is expected that the Contribution will be fully utilized in accordance with the
provisions of this Administration Agreement by August 30, 2015 ("End Disbursement Date')."
All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. This addendum shall enter
into force on the later date of signature by the Parties.
