Preparations for the Development Impact Bond (DIB) launch carried out as part of the F4J I project (P151089) are still ongoing. A critical milestone was achieved with the formation of the Special Purpose Vehicle of the private investors of the DIB, meeting one of the prerequisites for the launch of the instrument. The “first mover” Gaza Solar Investment Co-Financing (ICF) deal was signed in February 2018 and project mobilization has commenced.
